We want to welcome you to the Lofts at 2020 Washington! This information should help orient you to our building in the case that your landlord has not already informed you of these matters. If you have any questions, please contact our Property Manager, any member of the Condo Board or the On-Site Superintendent.

Move-In Date

  • New Tenants must notify a member of the Condo Board or On-Site Superintendent at least seven days prior to moving into their Unit in order to reserve the south elevator for up to two consecutive days.
    • To maintain building security during moves, the resident moving must have a person positioned at the building door being used.  Opened entrance doors shall not be left unattended.

    • Moving vans and trucks cannot be parked to limit entrance to a driveway or parking space.

    • Moving in or out of a Unit may take place only during the following hours:

      • Monday through Saturday: 9am to 10pm

      • Sunday and Holidays: 10am to 10pm

    • Complete a New Resident Census Form and return it in the 2020 Washington mailbox located in the lobby within one week of move-in.

At or shortly after lease signing, the Landlord should have provided you with the following:

  • All unit keys and building key fobs.
  • Garage door and/or surface gate openers (if applicable)
  • Copy of the Rules and Regulations


Additional Information 

  • Tenants may not house any dog(s) in the unit or anywhere on the property.

  • Tenants are allowed to have up to two cats.

  • There is a recycling dumpster located at the north-west corner of the building, and a large dumpster available for all other trash located by the basement garage entrance at the south-east corner of the building. Boxes should be broken down before depositing in dumpster.

  • For access to the utility room for installation, please contact a member of the Condo Board or On-Site Superintendent preferably 7 days prior to schedule a time and date to unlock the room.
